The 5th Revenue Masterclass by RevitUp.direct was successfully completed on October 21st, 2025, at the Markos Karanastasis Amphitheater of Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU), attracting 312 registrations and 232 professionals from across Crete, Cyprus, and major Greek destinations. With the central theme “Driving Growth Through Revenue & Marketing Synergy,” the event highlighted the importance of synergy between Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, and AI in driving hotel performance.
The program featured presentations, panels, and discussions with leading companies (including webhotelier – primalres group, Plusgrade, RoomPulse, Wallbid, Viral Spoon, Neapolis University Pafos, and others). A special highlight was the Interactive Solutions Hubs, which engaged 120 professionals, with all slots filling up in just three days.
The event marked the first initiative under the new Memorandum of Cooperation between HMU and RevitUp.direct, paving the way for joint educational programs in revenue management starting in 2026. The Masterclass was held under the auspices of the Region of Crete, the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce, and the island’s hotel associations, with the support of numerous partner companies.
RevitUp.direct CEO, Mr. Ergazakis, emphasized the importance of continuous learning and collaboration, noting that this year’s edition was the most comprehensive to date.
