5th Revenue Masterclass — HMU Amphitheatre, Heraklion
The 5th Revenue Masterclass by RevitUp.direct was successfully held on 21 October 2025, at the “Markos Karanastasis” Amphitheatre of HMU (Hellenic Mediterranean University), gathering 312 registrations and 232 professionals from across Crete, Cyprus and major Greek destinations. Under the central theme “Driving Growth Through Revenue & Marketing Synergy”, the event highlighted the role of the synergy between Revenue Management, Digital Marketing and AI in hotel growth.

The programme included presentations, panels and discussions featuring leading companies (webhotelier – primalres group, Plusgrade, RoomPulse, Wallbid, Viral Spoon, Neapolis University Pafos and others). The Interactive Solutions Hubs were a particular success, with 120 professionals taking part and all places selling out in just three days.
The event marked the first action of the Memorandum of Cooperation between HMU and RevitUp.direct, signalling joint initiatives for education in revenue management. The Masterclass was held under the auspices of the Region of Crete, the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce and the island’s hospitality bodies, with the support of numerous partner companies.
The CEO of RevitUp.direct, Mr. Ergazakis, emphasised the importance of continuous knowledge and collaboration, underlining that the event was the most complete to date.
